How do I book?

From there you can view our live calendar availability and book your appointment instantly at a time that suits you.

Can I buy a voucher? How do I book using my voucher?

Please book using your voucher online by clicking 'book now' on the email you received. If you received a paper voucher and not an email then please text to let us know you have a voucher, the day and time you would like and the length of appointment to 07872443928 and we will book you in.

Can I book over the phone/in person and pay in cash? 

Thank you for reaching out! As we are a small practice focused on providing dedicated one-on-one care, we don't have a receptionist. This means that when you call you may need to leave a voice message. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as we have a break between client sessions.

For your privacy and our clients' comfort the door is locked during appointments. If you wish to make a visit in person please call ahead to arrange a suitable time if you don't have an appointment. By far the best and easiest way to book with us is to  BOOK ONLINE.

To support our small business we kindly ask for payment when booking your appointment. Unfortunately we've experienced a high rate of no-shows when bookings are made without payment. Your understanding and cooperation help us keep our services accessible and sustainable.

For safety and to ensure the best care we also require some basic personal details when booking your appointment. These details are kept strictly confidential.

I’m pregnant, what can I have?

We do not currently offer pregnancy massage.

​

Pregnancy safe treatments that we offer include Indian head massage and Reiki, both available after the first trimester.

 

Please inform us that you are pregnant so that we can use pregnancy safe oils and adapt the treatment by raising the top end of the bed to avoid you lying flat during the treatment.

Something has come up and I need to reschedule, how can I do this?

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment by logging into your fresha account and changing the appointment to a date and time that suits you.

 

Cancellation within 24 hours does incur a charge, but if there are extenuating circumstances/we are able to fill your appointment at the last minute we may be able to waive this for one off instances.

What are your opening 
hours?

Please Note: We operate by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated one-on-one attention. As we do not have a receptionist, drop-in visits are not possible. Appointments are available during the following hours but please note these may vary depending on holidays or client bookings:

Serious medical conditions, recent surgery and significant
illness

A comprehensive consultation is included in the cost of your treatment. During this time, we will take a detailed medical history to ensure the treatment is tailored to your needs and safe for you. Each therapy has its own specific contraindications, so it’s essential we have accurate information about your health.

If you have a serious medical condition, have recently undergone surgery, or are recovering from a significant illness, please contact us in advance at 07872443928. We will call you back as soon as we are available to discuss your needs and confirm whether treatment can be safely provided.

For your safety and to comply with insurance requirements, please note that if complex medical needs are not disclosed beforehand, we may need to decline service on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
