My name is Julie and I am an experienced Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists. I work with clients to create a bespoke treatment that works to calm the sympathetic nervous system, break the stress cycle, ease pain and boost the immune system. I specialise in aiding recovery from burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, anxiety and stress from my treatment room in North Shields.
Holistic massage
Fed up with generic spa style massage treatments that don't get into your knots? Try this bespoke massage incorporating elements of Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology and Hot Stones. A mixture of deep pressure and firm to medium relaxing strokes tailor made to you to target the areas which need the most attention. With aromatherapy oils and healing music this holisitic massage will release knots, tension and stress.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a relaxing treatment that involves massaging and manipulating pressure points which correspond to different areas of the body to relieve pain and promote healing. Particularly effective in treating women's health issues. With refreshing peppermint spray and coconut oil, your feet will feel amazing and brand new.

Energy healing
I am a Reiki master trained in traditional Japanese style Usui Reiki and Crystal healing. I combine these techniques to provide a wonderful energy healing treatment that works on the energetic body to balance the Chakras and helps combat stress. This really is a treatment that has to be experienced to feel the benefits.
