If you want to reduce pain, improve your health and quality of life with a holistic approach you have come to the right place! My name is Julie and I am an experienced Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master, Aromatherapist and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists. I work with clients to create a bespoke treatment that works to calm the sympathetic nervous system, break the stress cycle, ease pain and boost the immune system. I specialise in aiding recovery from burnout, chronic fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and stress from my treatment room in North Shields. I am highly experienced in working with children and adults who are neurodivergent, having spent 13 years working in Special Needs educational settings prior to my career as a complementary therapist and am happy make accommodations for any sensory issues.
Holistic massage
Try this bespoke massage incorporating elements of Hot Stones massage*, Aromatherapy and Indian head massage. We will use heat to relax the muscles and work into your tension from medium to firm pressure as your muscles warm up and release residual tension. This massage will target the areas which need the most attention and release built up tension without hurting the body or causing you to tense up. With aromatherapy oils and healing music this holistic massage will help you feel yourself again.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a relaxing treatment that involves massaging and manipulating pressure points which correspond to different areas of the body to relieve pain and promote healing. Particularly effective in treating women's health issues. With refreshing peppermint spray and coconut oil, your feet will feel amazing and brand new.

Energy healing
I am a Reiki master trained in traditional Japanese style Usui Reiki and Crystal healing. I combine these techniques to provide a wonderful energy healing treatment that works on the energetic body to balance the Chakras and helps calm the mind. This really is a treatment that has to be experienced to feel the benefits.
